Chad Williams / Founder, President and CEO

Chad is a growth-focused, hands-on CEO with global responsibility for all company activities. He is an accomplished executive and recognized entrepreneur with over 16 years of manufacturing and industry experience. Under his leadership, Harmar has twice been named to Inc. Magazine’s list as one of America’s fastest–growing private companies. Chad earned his B.S. in industrial engineering at Florida State University.

Paul Johnson / Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Service

Paul is responsible for global sales, service and marketing operations across multiple channels. Prior to joining Harmar, he held extensive sales and business management positions for nearly 14 years at IBM. Paul received his B.S. in Economics and Political Science from Florida State University.

Mark Welcer / Chief Operating Officer

Mark has full responsibility for all Harmar internal production and operations to ensure product quality and efficient systems throughout the organization. His related role as Chief Compliance Officer ensures that our products and work environment meet the highest standards for safety and full regulatory compliance.
