Harmar announces the appointment of Jodi Pisillo to Vice President of Human Resources and Todd Bick to Vice President of Sales. Ms. Pisillo was previously the Director of Human Resources and has been with Harmar for two years. Mr. Bick was previously Harmar’s Sr. Director of Sales.

Prior to joining Harmar, Ms. Pisillo had a distinguished career of more than 30 years overseeing various aspects of Human Resources and Employee Benefits within the manufacturing industry. Originally from New Jersey, Ms. Pisillo has extensive experience managing multi-location manufacturing companies. Her abilities and presence have been an ideal fit for Harmar and its leadership team.
Mr. Bick joined Harmar nine years ago as a part of the acquisition of Freedom Mobility Lifts. With a long tenure in the industry, Mr. Bick is a respected voice among customers and competitors alike. As a member of Harmar’s leadership team, he provides invaluable guidance in helping to shape and develop the sales organization. He’s also active in several trade organizations, both as a board member and in advisory roles.
These moves represent part of Harmar’s continuing success strategy for 2020.
