101 Mobility – Las Vegas

When my chair stopped working, I called 101 Mobility. They diagnosed the problem over the phone, and within a couple of hours, a technician was at my house and fixed the problem. He was friendly, effective and efficient. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

I had a fantastic experience at 101 Mobility. The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They promptly installed my chairlift and took the time to demonstrate how to operate and maintain it. What set 101 Mobility apart from its competitors was the transparency and honesty of its owners, Ed and his wife, Michelle. They were open and upfront about their company and business practices, which gave me peace of mind. I feel confident that I have made the right choice and that I am in good hands for any future needs or concerns I may have.

In an effort to keep my independence I broke down and bought a stairlift. They did a great job in and out just a little more than a hour! Thank you so much
