There are not enough stars to rate Desert Mobility—5 stars just doesn’t do them justice! My mother, who is battling cancer and undergoing treatment, needed a scooter to help her maintain some independence, and Desert Mobility made that possible. The team was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure my mom got what she needed, all while making it affordable.
When I ran into an issue setting it up, they didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile—they came off duty and met me where I was to help fix the problem (turns out, it was user error!).
