My chairlift stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I called for a repair or new batteries ,and the friendly customer service representative called me back right away on Monday morning. She rescheduled a group of her workers to come and diagnose my chair problem that very afternoon.The chair needed new batteries,and the chair started working by 4:30P.M.that afternoon. I was very happy how quickly someone came to help me with my chairlift because I cannot leave the house without using my chairlift. Thank you 101 Mobility for being so quick to respond to my needs.
