101 Mobility – Columbus – CP

Today after 9 years of working great my Bruno chair lift stopped working. I called at 8:30 am when they opened and left a message it was returned right away and service was scheduled that same day between 11 am and 3 pm. Jordan arrived at 10:30 am and professionally found my problem as worn motor brushes and worn out batteries. the chair was repaired and back in service in about an hour. the parts was fair priced and after a google search I could not have went out on my own and purchased batteries any cheaper. I am very pleased with 101mobility of Columbus for fast efficient and courteous service from all that was involved.

I just received my Bruno power chair lift, and I must admit that it was less involved than I expected. Diego installed it really fast and efficiently. He was very courteous and informative. He answered all my questions and carefully explained all of the functions of the lift. I am very pleased with the results! Thank you Diego!

We were very pleased over all with 101 Mobility. They need to work with scheduling a little bit but over all the experience was good. I would use them again. We had to have two installers for our stair lift because of an issue with our basement door that the first installer was not equipped to do remodel work. The second installer came out and removed the door for us and made it look like it had always been a doorless entry. Very good work and both were very friendly.

We needed a chairlift quickly and from the moment I called them to request one it was installed within a couple of days. That was a great relief! My mom has been using it and it is wonderful if we didn’t have it she would have to climb 15 steps. They were very nice and very helpful. I would recommend them.

My chairlift stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I called for a repair or new batteries ,and the friendly customer service representative called me back right away on Monday morning. She rescheduled a group of her workers to come and diagnose my chair problem that very afternoon.The chair needed new batteries,and the chair started working by 4:30P.M.that afternoon. I was very happy how quickly someone came to help me with my chairlift because I cannot leave the house without using my chairlift. Thank you 101 Mobility for being so quick to respond to my needs.
