Collins Accessibility was a delight to work with! From the first assessment with Bryan, I knew I chose the right company. He was knowledgeable and made good recommendations for us as we prepared for my brother’s return from rehabilitation. The staff helped coordinate everything and they even accommodated our quick timeframe so that we could confidently bring my brother home. Also, the work is beautiful!

The admin staff was more than helpful at making sure that I received my medical supplies. Shawna personally took care of me and was communicative and helpful every step of the way! She truly went above and beyond so that I was able to get my supplies, I am so so grateful that she treated me with such empathy and respect!!!

An amazing experience working with Collins and the entire team. Thye have world class customer service. I highly recomend them. The servuce tech who installs the equipment is a super kind and professional young man. If I could give them 10 stars I would. In today's age it is rare to find old school values and customer service like Collins. They have a customer for life!!

Disclaimer: Long Post Ahead … I have been using Collins Medical Equipment for a while now, and they are so efficient. This company is so efficient that I assumed my supplies were on time per usual, but I did not receive them. I reached out to the company a day before, and received a call from my representative Joanna E. who was so supportive, kind, and most importantly she listened to the issue at hand with a solution in mind. After 30 minutes, not only was my medical equipment ordered it was also shipped out. When she told me she was going to reach out to my doctor I resigned that it would be a long process, but it was effortless and quick. I highly recommend Collins Medical Equipment for all your needs.
