The team at Freedom are hands down customer focused and fantastic. I was in from out of town visiting family. It came to my attention that a family member’s scooter was in desperate need of new wheels and batteries. I was able to stop in and speak to someone about how to figure out the model and then worked through email and phone calls to get the right parts ordered. I had to return home before the work was done – but the team at Freedom was awesome – they got the parts in, were able to schedule a call to go to my family member’s house and got their scooter all sorted out. They are so happy now. Their scooter goes fast with the new batteries and its ride is so smooth now with the new wheels. This was a problem my family member wasn’t sure how to solve and the team at Freedom made it as easy as possible. They are fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them for your mobility needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing!! I had no idea such a company like this existed ! I called and spoke with Cammy ( hopefully spelling ur name right). She was so helpful. She explained to me about what they have and how things work. I planned a day to go there, and was able to learn more about what they offer. They have a few options. You can purchase which item you need or, if available they can let you loan one. Most insurances take days to approve and this beats having to wait around. I’d recommend anyone to Freedom Scooter & Supply LLC any day!!

Josh, the guy that installed the unit super professional and did an excellent job along with his helper. These guys were great. Almost forgot to mention, these guys installed a lift on my in-laws house. It was a life changer

Bruno referred me to this dealer when I had questions about Bruno's Curb Sider mobility scooter lift. Oakley responded VERY quickly and was able to answer my multiple questions about compatibility between my scooter, vehicle, and Bruno's lift. We exchanged several e-mails and Oakley was very responsive, helpful, and polite. I really enjoyed dealing with Oakley.
