Josh, the guy that installed the unit super professional and did an excellent job along with his helper. These guys were great. Almost forgot to mention, these guys installed a lift on my in-laws house. It was a life changer

Oakley responded VERY quickly and was able to answer my multiple questions about compatibility between my scooter, vehicle, and Bruno's lift.
