I thank God that I chose to go here. My original intention was to get a comfortable chair to help my mother sleep and stand up. A lift recliner. I am thankful the owner Rob, and GiGi took the time to show me all my choices. I got a much better chair that puts Mom at a perfect angle that gets the swelling out of her legs and feet. After being in the rehab hospital for 5 weeks , medicine, and leg elevation, all the experts there could not even acheive this!!! They also have an in-house service person, Eric, who is very helpful, and will be there the same or next day if service is ever needed. Most chairs are also in stock. 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

I waited three months to write this review to ensure I could provide an honest and thorough assessment of the Med-Mizer hospital bed and Pride Mobility recliner I purchased. Both products are outstanding and have operated flawlessly during this time. From helping us select the right products to the professional and hassle-free delivery and setup, the entire experience was seamless. We have used Rob and his team for several purchases for my elderly father over the past several years. Rob helped us select a great lift chair and hospital bed. Every one including Rob goes above and beyond in service. We bought Med-Mizer bed from them for my Mom over a year ago and it works as how Rob explained. Bed keeps mom happy. We had two wedding in the family (grandsons) 2024, Rob set up same bed in hotel room and allowed mom to enjoy four days of festivity. Entire staff goes above and beyond.

Exceptional customer service provided by Rob and his staff from ordering to delivery! I desperately needed an electric recliner delivered same day for my husband due to surgery. I called at 1 pm and recliner was delivered by 4 pm. Rob had to search his warehouse for what I needed and he came through. Happy to support this local small business with great people!
