I have dealt with Penrod several times and find them to be an outstanding business to work with. Because of our broken health care system, we have waited 15 months to get my wife a wheelchair. I went to Penrod and they sold me a fine chair at a resonable price to use for now. Then the VA sent them to put in a new ramp and repair my scooter. They did both jobs quickly and well. My wife's insurance did not cover them and required multiple submissions of paper work, and we are still waiting even though she has been chair bound for 16 years. We need to get rid of the insurance companies and socialize medicine.
