I called Mobility Plus 30 min before closing with an urgent request for a wheelchair for my daughter. Alex was friendly, accommodating, and very thoughtful in providing options to fit our needs and find me the correct solution. He spent the time to show me how the different equipment would work. Highly recommend Mobility Plus not only for their range of options, but incredible customer service!

My teenage daughter has been battling an aggressive brain cancer, and things took a sudden turn recently, causing her to be mostly paralyzed on the left side, and we had to get a wheelchair in a hurry. Today she was able to join her classmates for a museum field trip, they were thrilled to see her show up, crowded around her, took turns pushing her. She had a good time, it took her mind off the very scary things in the future, including brain surgery, more radiation, more chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Every day she is with us is a gift. My mom recently moved in a local assisted living facility. It was clear they are not staffed to push her around in her chair everytime she wants to leave her room and her hands at unable to move the wheelchair. As I started looking for electric wheelchair options good reviews for Mobility Plus made them a viable option and their inventory was clear. As I live out of state I called Nik and was able to quickly pick the best chair for my moms needs – they delivered the chair as planned and I was able to pay online. Mobility Plus provided a white glove service and it up for her in her room. Great experience and value especially compared to the cost of a new chair!

I have rented scooters last minute here at least 4-5 times and Nik and staff so great and it helps my dad access the casino, a place he could never walk around due to stamina issues. Super laid back, professional, and knowledgable.
