The Harmar Office

Learn About Manufacturing:

Both our manufacturing and office teams enjoy Harmar’s honest, open, and helpful culture. Because we are a smaller business, it’s easy for departments to collaborate with and learn from each other. We believe in helping our employees grow and learn as much as possible either within their chosen fields, or explore different departments. Our production team works ten-hour days, enabling them to enjoy a four-day work week. They use their technical skills to manufacture products that will help those in our communities across the nation enjoy their independence longer.

Learn About Our Office:

From finance to marketing, to sales and engineering, to tech services to IT, our office teams are diverse and always enjoying new opportunities to grow. We foster creativity and innovation, encouraging our departments to work together and understand how we each play a role in lifting lives. Close-knit and always willing to help, our team members enjoy growth opportunities, hybrid work options, and a job with purpose. Each department plays an integral role in helping our customers safely enjoy their independence. Which team will you join?

“My proudest Harmar moment is when we beat trends. It seems that this year, we’ve just been on a trend. Every month, we beat last year’s record, so I just like to keep that trend going – it’s a proud moment.”

– Cameron Banks

“I’ve been at Harmar for five years now and it’s by far the job I love the most. I’ve worked multiple jobs as group leaders and leaders of other plants, but Harmar is the one job you can come in that I enjoy that you get to see everyone from the CEO, down.”

– Gary Smith

“Harmar genuinely cares in general… I moved here from Puerto Rico, right before Hurricane Maria, and right when the hurricane struck, I was here with my children, but all my family was on the island. Out of the blue, Harmar got together and provided us help. They sent goods to Puerto Rico for my family. I totally did not expect that… I am very grateful.”

– Naidine Marzan

“From interview one, I felt welcomed. Even with the initial Zoom call that I had with my supervisor, I felt so heard and so seen and I just felt this instant connection. When I came into Harmar, I felt like, ‘Okay, I can definitely see myself working here.’ I just felt like I was at my second home.”

– Samantha Curreli

“My proudest moment was when I got the opportunity to lead the VA Mobility Team. I’ve had the chance to be mentored by people who understand this industry, so getting a chance to learn from those people and then take that knowledge and give it to the rest of the team was really a proud moment.”

– Eric Paden

Harmar strives to thank our American heroes for their service by providing them the best service either working on our team or receiving one of our lifts.
