Both our manufacturing and office teams enjoy Harmar’s honest, open, and helpful culture. Because we are a smaller business, it’s easy for departments to collaborate with and learn from each other. We believe in helping our employees grow and learn as much as possible either within their chosen fields, or explore different departments. Our production team works ten-hour days, enabling them to enjoy a four-day work week. They use their technical skills to manufacture products that will help those in our communities across the nation enjoy their independence longer.

Great Pay and Health Benefits:
Benefits begin on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability.
401(k):
Enjoy knowing that Harmar has your back. After six months of full-time employment, you are eligible for matching 401(k).
PTO and Holidays:
After the first 90 days of full-time employment, team members can access their paid time off and sick time! Each year, employees receive 80 hours of vacation time and sick/personal time. Don’t forget to celebrate! Employees also receive eight paid holidays each year.
