When a factory rep came out to repair an issue covered by the manufacturer, the factory rep praised the installation, saying it was one of the best installations he had seen. This is a remarkable company managed by an exceptional group of people !!! First Dave and Hakeem came out an figured out the wheelchair lift that would meet our needs. Then Kristen came out and worked out all of the technical details explaining the installation and giving us a detailed description of the specifications for the concrete pad that we needed to have poured. And Mike, Hakeem and Joey delivered the wheel chair lift and installed it. All of the office personnel that I spoke to on the phone were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. EVERYONE was always very pleasant, caring, knowledgeable and helpful at all times. One of the TOP companies that I have every had the pleasure of working with in my almost 71 years on this planet !!!

We needed a ramp put up on extremely short notice to get a family member home from the hospital. Everyone was so nice and professional. They came out to inspect where the ramp was best positioned and were able to install that afternoon – in the RAIN!!!! The ramp is very sturdy. Will recommend to anyone needing a ramp.
