Excellent customer service and efficiency. Ms. Lupita went above and beyond to help us find a hospital bed and was able to arrange delivery the very same day, within just a few hours. She was professional, responsive, and truly made a stressful situation much easier for our family. We are very grateful for her help.

I can with certainty that BEK Medical staff and technicians are about the best you can find in El Paso. They all have always gone far above what I would expect in supporting all my needs. Two of their employees come to mind, first is Claudia, she is quick with a smile, very friendly, and very easy to talk to. I needed a different scooter, but was reluctant when looking at a smaller one, she answered all my questions and the ensured I understood the warranty and the service BEK would provide during the warranty period (she did a great job). Second is Fernando, he is the lead technician. This man is a true credit to BEK, he has been to my home several times and has worked on my installing and de-installing equipment on my vehicles several times as well. He and his team are always helpful, answer all my questions, no matter how small, and will always ensure everything works as it is supposed to. Today I had my old stairway lift removed and a new Harmar SL600 Stairlift installed in my home. The technicians; Fernando and Jesus worked with professionalism and skills to get the instillation completed in a timely manner. We are pleased with the results!…….John

January 28 Going into El Paso to buy a new handicapp chair and needed directions. We called the store and Lupita was most helpful and patient giving us directions. If it wasn't for her, we would still be riding in circles. Everyone in store helpful, respectful, and friendly. Good experience.

We had a really good experience in BEK medical at El Paso, the employee Jocelyn was very kind and helpful while assisting my grandmother in finding the right compression stockings. She took the time to make sure everything was right, and you can truly tell this company cares about its customers. I would definitely recommend them.
