After my wife’s surgery we called Broadway Medical looking for a hospital bed asap. Rob and the team were literally at our house setting it up within the hour. Seriously a godsend because we needed it so bad. Can’t thank the team enough for their service and kindness in taking care of us. Top notch all around!!

I waited three months to write this review to ensure I could provide an honest and thorough assessment of the Med-Mizer hospital bed and Pride Mobility recliner I purchased. Both products are outstanding and have operated flawlessly during this time. I was diagnosed with MS 31 years ago, and as my condition has progressed, it became clear I needed reliable, high-quality equipment. Last fall, my wife and I visited Broadway Medical, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the exceptional service we received from Rob and Sophia. From helping us select the right products to the professional and hassle-free delivery and setup, the entire experience was seamless. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care made a challenging situation much easier for us. If you’re in need of medical equipment, I highly recommend Broadway Medical. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

I thank God that I chose to go here. My original intention was to get a comfortable chair to help my mother sleep and stand up. A lift recliner. I am thankful the owner Rob, and GiGi took the time to show me all my choices. I got a much better chair that puts Mom at a perfect angle that gets the swelling out of her legs and feet. After being in the rehab hospital for 5 weeks , medicine, and leg elevation, all the experts there could not even acheive this!!! They also have an in-house service person, Eric, who is very helpful, and will be there the same or next day if service is ever needed. Most chairs are also in stock. 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!
