Disclaimer: Long Post Ahead … I have been using Collins Medical Equipment for a while now, and they are so efficient. This company is so efficient that I assumed my supplies were on time per usual, but I did not receive them. I reached out to the company a day before, and received a call from my representative Joanna E. who was so supportive, kind, and most importantly she listened to the issue at hand with a solution in mind. After 30 minutes, not only was my medical equipment ordered it was also shipped out. When she told me she was going to reach out to my doctor I resigned that it would be a long process, but it was effortless and quick. I highly recommend Collins Medical Equipment for all your needs. After trying several other places, Toni at Collins worked with us to get the equipment needed that day. The entire staff was very helpful, answered our questions, and helped find other options. Rich modified a 2 wheel walker to 4 point, so we could go home with a walker. We are very satisfied!

We used Bryan Collins for an extensive renovation. He gutted a bathroom, widened doorways, took down walls, redid floors, added a ramp, etc. He understood the concept of making the house handicap accessible while not redoing the house. He found a matching cabinet for the kitchen, matching closet doors for a new closet he built, he really went above and beyond. His construction team was great, got the job done as promised. It was great working with someone who knew everything about handicap accessibility. He made a stressful situation much less stressful. Highly recommend.
