Electropedic Beds

Lloyd Kraus was amazing. I bought an Electropedic Adjustable bed in 2009, never had any issues; In March of 2025, I had one small issue where the motor was being funky. Lloyd sent his guys out in the same day, they fixed the problem, and they were so kind and helpful. Everyone I spoke to, whether it was in 2009 or 2025 was very helpful and never applied unwanted pressure. I'm so satisfied and if anyone in my family ever needs an adjustable bed or mattress I'll tell them to go to Electropedic. Thank you Lloyd and the Electropedic team.

From start to finish the process was unbelievable!! Walking into the store i was greeted by three young bucks who enthusiastically approached me, answering all my questions about potential drawbacks of different mattresses and serving as a guiding light in my mattress journey. I bought in store and within the same day, I was laying on a brand new mattress , no worry about installation as one of the employees delivered and installed it within hours. Overall, I have no complaints with electropedic, out of the many stores i have visited this store has given me an excellent experience! 10/10 would shop again.

They offer a great selection of high-quality products and the customer service was top-notch with no pressure, just expert advice. As someone who has a big surgery ahead and needs to find a recliner, I needed to get the best price and on time. I thought it was important to share my experience with this store, especially with Zachary. Before finding their store, I called 22 retailers. Zachary worked with me patiently, treated me like a human, not cash, and cared about my health, situation, and needs. He gave me the best price among 22 other retailers/shops that I called. Their business was well organized, cooperative, and caring, and everything went smoothly. I not only have the recliner I want ordered custom-made at the best price I could get, but I also have the exact recliner I need at a very reasonable price, on time for rent (the color they have in market does not match my home, and it is an expensive recliner to purchase just in any color). I was so pleased with the level of care that I asked Zachary to give me his business card. The reason was that I wanted to give his business card to my surgeon and other doctors. Because I do not want anyone in my situation go through what I did. Unfortunately, Google search did not bring their business to me when I searched for a recliner. I found them through the Golden website. That might be a marketing matter, but marketing is not what talks first when dealing with patients. But care, treating people like humans, honesty, and quality of work do. It truly hurt to see how some people treat patients in a vulnerable situation, especially women, as a way to get more profit than what they actually deserve. Anyone deserves to be treated like a human, especially when they need it the most and feel desperate or vulnerable. This place is where they treat you like one.
