I dealt with Oakley on the phone very nice to talk to i explained what I needed he said no problem set up an appointment for someone to come check it out at my house so I didn't have to go there and they did the diagnostic next day call me give me my two options and it was fixed that afternoon didn't just say oh it has to be replaced was able to fix it before dealing with freedom I had to go all the way to Lakeland i live in Zephyrhills any future problems with my scooter hopefully it isn't any I will definitely be dealing with the guys at Freedom and Josh the check was very knowledgeable very pleasant to talk to and was able to fix it no problem thank you guys

The team at Freedom are hands down customer focused and fantastic. I was in from out of town visiting family. It came to my attention that a family member’s scooter was in desperate need of new wheels and batteries. I was able to stop in and speak to someone about how to figure out the model and then worked through email and phone calls to get the right parts ordered. I had to return home before the work was done – but the team at Freedom was awesome – they got the parts in, were able to schedule a call to go to my family member’s house and got their scooter all sorted out. They are so happy now. Their scooter goes fast with the new batteries and its ride is so smooth now with the new wheels. This was a problem my family member wasn’t sure how to solve and the team at Freedom made it as easy as possible. They are fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them for your mobility needs. You won’t be disappointed.
