One in a million, was in town for 6 hours needed a mobility device at convention center, Mike the owner went out of his way to actually pick me up drop me off with device and then pick me up end of day . I was willing to pay anything but more he intuitively knew I was desperate. Nicest person I have met this casually in decades . This is what the world use to be like before Chat boxes screwed it up. He took calls as we drove kept his other customers getting equally amazing service. Frankly I have been in business 49 years and he treated me as I treat my customers which is why my business is so beloved . His wife was answering the phone, his Dad is service manager WHAT A FIND , please support this local family as they provide amazing services to folks like me in need .

I have been using them for years to work on my scooters. They are always SUPER professional and KIND. No matter what is to be done they go out of their way to accommodate the customers. I can't stress enough that they are fair. In todays world to find a company that is actually fair is rare. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys for being amazing.

We purchased a patient lift and Med X provided fast, experienced delivery to my sister. Months later, the power cord was damaged and they went above and beyond to have it replaced and delivered within 18 hours. They have reasonable pricing and incredible customer service. Can't recommend enough.
