I am truly thankful for the team at Med X Change, LLC. I urgently needed to get a ramp for my father that was being discharged from rehab. The team was immediately responsive and helpful in assessing what length ramp I would need. They even allowed the flexibility to rent a ramp to see how it would work. I even was allowed to swamp out the size ramp I rented for another one. This team is heaven sent especially Meghan! After renting for one week I was able to purchase the ramp over the phone. I have experienced much ease with working with them and I will highly recommend. 10 out of 10 service! I am forever thankful for the help. My dad is now able to get in and out the house with ease which is a huge relief. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

As someone who is handicapped, I’ve relied on their assistance for various needs over the years, from lifts to wheelchairs and scooters, and every single time, they’ve been exceptional. My husband is a Medicare advocate, and we don’t often see this level of personalized care from other organizations. Being a family-owned, local business truly makes a difference.
