Mobility Plus – North Scottsdale

Upon receiving confirmation from my doctor that I needed to purchase a walker, I quickly found that on-line information is not very helpful. It was clear that I needed some personal assistance, and in this regard I am glad that I found BEYOND ACCESSIBLE who proved to be superb in patience and technical guidance. They showed me a variety of walker/rollators, and wise reasoning about the measurements that a walker must offer each user for comfort and safety, I am delighted with the walker I purchased. It feels 'made to measure.' Good looking, it is lightweight, has a comfortable seat/back support and folds easily. Thank you BEYOND ACCESSIBLE! Pat Jones

During my vacation from Calgary, Canada, I visited a store to purchase new hand grips for my walker. The exceptional customer service I received was evident from the moment I made the call, through the receptionist, and even the technician. The technician adjusted my brakes without mentioning that I had previously experienced issues with them, which was a thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated!! I will definitely return again!

UPDATE: My rental with Beyond Accessible was more than I would have expected. After reserving over 3 months ago, the equipment was delivered to the location when promised and I will say the best was that they called me to see if was convenient for them to come and pick it up instead of just showing up – although we were done with the equipment, that call demonstrated to me their concern for the customer. I can't say enough for their support to the disabled community and those that care for them. Thank you! ORGINAL POST: I have been dealing with Beyond Accessible on a rental for an upcoming relative visiting Scottsdale. It is such a pleasure doingM business with them. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and desire to serve the disable community resonates in every conversation. They have been the best!

Scott laura and their staff are absolutely phenomenal. I rented a foldable walker and took one of the I ride two scooters that I have purchased from them and was able to access the british virgin islands.
