We were in crisis mode to get a stairlift before my 94 year old dad got home from the hospital. Dan got us an estimate the same day we called, then was able to schedule installation FOUR DAYS later. He Quickly got the permit and had equipment in his warehouse to support this lightning speed. Amazing.
