Mike at Pace Medical is amazing. We took my father in law to Pace for a Mobility Scooter today. The goal was to see what was available that he could test drive. Not only did we get a great education on Mobility Scooters, we left with a scooter. Mike was courteous and knowledgeable. He treated my father in law with respect and took extra time to make sure he knew everything to keep him safe and mobile.

I brought my mom’s walker in because the wheels weren’t turning well and she was having difficulty using it. I thought I would have to replace the wheels or the walker. They checked it out and turns out, the wheels were just clogged and needed cleaned and now it works much better! I was having a rough day because my hot water heater had just gone out so I really appreciated the gesture. I would definitely recommend them for their service and kindness!

Recently, my mom's chair quit working and I stopped in the store to see when someone could take a look at it. They were able to go that day and fixed it on the spot.
