Westside Medical Supply

My Dad had a medical event and was no longer able to climb the stairs to his bedroom and bathroom. This meant he was 'sleeping' on the couch and getting very little sleep in recovery – not good. I called Westside and they got someone out the NEXT DAY for an assessment, and installed the day after. I'm sure this is unusual, but we are so appreciative. Chris was our installer and on a 90 degree day he set the entire unit up in our driveway and stayed until 6:30pm to get it done. My Dad was able to sleep in his own bed and can use his bathroom and shower. We are so grateful to have found Westside Medical Supply in Rochester, NY!

We had our new stair lift installed today , Chris did an excellent job we were very pleased with his quality workmanship and professionalism , thanks Chris and Micah.

I called Westside with a problem/question regarding the hand control on a lift chair. They called me back and gave me the info I needed. The next day they (Seth) called and left an updated message. He called again later that day to be sure I had received the earlier message. Great customer service. My neighbor was able to repair the cord and it works great. Just from the help they offered with excellent communication, I would definitely recommend Westside.

Evan hopes he has solved the problem of our Bruno stair lift. The chair did not cooperate in recreating the problem while he was here. He said he or someone would come back at no charge if the chair continued to act up. Evan was very thorough in checking the chair over and we do appreciate that.
