I drove 45 minutes to Westside Medical to get a supportive maternity belly band. At first I was hesitant, but my doctor had already sent the fax and everything was ready for me when I arrived. As soon as I walked in, everyone was smiling, friendly, and welcoming. I wish more companies had the kind of positive atmosphere they have going on there!! I was fitted for the correct belly band for my growing body and given clear instructions on how to wear it properly. I’m so glad I made the trip to Westside Medical! I highly recommend them! If I could give more than 5 starts, I would!

Just had 2 stairlifts installed. Looking forward to full access throughout the house. Eric & Christen were excellent installers. They were courteous and very efficient. The entire process took less than 3 hours. We’ve had to have a couple of “tweaks” since installation and the service response has been excellent. Many thanks to Micah and Trystan.

The folks at Westside Medical truly are a blessing from the Lord! Micah and his team were fabulous from start to finish. They were able to accomplish in three weeks what three other companies couldn't in three months! Our Dad, a 94 year old Korean War Vet, loves his new stair lift and the freedom and mobility it gives him. Micah was so kind and attentive to Dad during our meeting. He made Dad feel at ease, respected, and heard. I can't say the same for the other companies we had to look at. Micah explained everything to Dad in great detail and helped him get used to this big change; he saw Dad as a person to be cared for, not just a dollar sign. My Dad had a medical event and was no longer able to climb the stairs to his bedroom and bathroom. This meant he was 'sleeping' on the couch and getting very little sleep in recovery – not good. I called Westside and they got someone out the NEXT DAY for an assessment, and installed the day after. I'm sure this is unusual, but we are so appreciative. Chris was our installer and on a 90 degree day he set the entire unit up in our driveway and stayed until 6:30pm to get it done. My Dad was able to sleep in his own bed and can use his bathroom and shower. We are so grateful to have found Westside Medical Supply in Rochester, NY!

Always extremely satisfied with everyone at west side. From wheel chairs, mobility scooters, hospital type beds… and ceiling hung shower curtain… all service calls for new battery replacements etc… all are very knowledgeable and very nice… will always use Westside…
