Harmar Mobility’s sales team recently completed training to earn the distinction of Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS).
The team went through a focused session in Sarasota, FL, not far from Harmar’s corporate headquarters. This session was lead by Steve Hoffacker, a CAPS Master Instructor certified by The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
“Our value to our dealers is as trusted advisors and consultants to help identify solutions for customers”, said Todd Bick, Senior Director of Sales. “Helping Harmar team members earn a CAPS certification was essential to us as it puts our team in a better position to assist dealers.”
At the core of the CAPS certification is a focus on end-user safety, comfort, convenience, and access. With the Harmar team certified, they are now better equipped to work with dealers to make better assessments that lead to greater customer satisfaction.
